It has been announced that fans all over the world will be able to watch the upcoming visual kei event V-ROCK FESTIVAL09 on their computers via a free live stream.

The event, which will take place on the 24th and 25th of October between 11am and 9pm (Japan time), will be broadcast live, showing the venue, live stages, backstage scenes and more. As there will be four different stages at the event, with simultaneous performances, not all of them can be broadcast live.

The live stream is only compatible with Windows and will require Windows Media Player 9 (or above) and the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to work. To watch it properly, you will need to have a broadband connection of 1MB (or higher).

On the 20th of October, V-ROCK's official website will release a link to download the software required to watch the broadcast and also a test transmission, so that fans can check their computer's compatability well in advance.
