Dr Hayward doubts that Nato actions prevented any 'mass killing of civilians' in Benghazi.

He warns against the RAF becoming ‘the air corps of a rebel army’.

Dr Hayward has written:

"When western aircrafts began to destroy tanks and a downpour of missiles wrecked Libya’s air force and air defence system, various leaders congratulated themselves for preventing an 'atrocity' or 'slaughter' - evocative words which conjured up images of a Srebrenica-style massacre.

"Yet we do not know that Gadaffi's army would have 'slaughtered' civilians in a Srebrenica-style massacre."

Dr Hayward is not keen on the UN Security Council 'elastic' resolution authorising 'all necessary measures' to protect civilians.

He says: "Strangely, that resolution condemned human rights abuses and torture to which the world (and the UN) had turned a blind eye for decades."

Whose side is he on?

Dr Hayward, in a 1993 thesis, questioned the number of Jews killed in the Holocaust.

He claimed the idea of gas chambers being used was propaganda invented by Britain, the US and Jewish lobbyists.

Dr Hayward has an interest in Jewish history and the Hebrew language as a result of his maternal grandmother being Jewish. (Joel Hayward - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

He gained a strong reading ability in Hebrew and made trips to Israel and was a member of The New Zealand Friends of Israel.[6]

In 1989, while pursuing his undergraduate studies, Hayward took part in founding an association called Opposition to Anti-Semitism Inc.(OAS), which he headed until 1991. (Ayatollah of the RAF.)

He is a Professor of Strategy at the Indonesian Defense University and he holds fellowships from the United States Air Force and the Federal Government of Germany.[3]

Dr Hayward is a mystery.


Libya blockade warship ignored refugees

Reportedly, a NATO alliance warship, blockading Libya, repeatedly ignored pleas to help several hundred distressed and dying asylum seekers who were stranded at sea after fleeing Libya.

In May 2011, Nato denied an earlier report by the Guardian that its warships had left dozens of Africans to die aboard another vessel drifting off the Libyan coast.

The Italian news agency, Ansa, said search and rescue officials relayed an SOS to a Nato ship 30 miles from the imperilled boat. But, said the report, they did not get 'positive responses'.

Libya: children killed in Nato air strike on Zlitan - 5 August 2011

Residents from the town said the NATO strike happened just after 6am, killing brothers Mohammed, three, and Moataz, five, and their mother Ibtisam.

Moussa Ibrahim, Libyan government spokesman, accused Nato of bombing civilian targets frequently.

He said: "In the city of Zlitan, you saw with your own eyes the dead bodies of small children and their mother, there are many other examples around the country.

"Unfortunately we are only able to take you to some scenes of these crimes, these take place everyday, sometimes whole families are killed, sometimes individuals."

SCOTLAND'S PART IN THE 'LOOTING AND KILLING' IN LIBYA

NATO's destruction of Libya.

Reportedly, Scotland is playing its part in the 'looting and killing' in Libya.

On 5 July 2011, it was reported that the first Leuchars-Scotland-based Typhoon crews to have deployed in support of NATO's Operation Unified Protector, which kills the civilian population in Libya, have returned from their base in Italy.

With a decision on the future of RAF Leuchars said to be "imminent," the airmen are part of the significant contribution the base makes to killing operations around the world.

In addition to the ground crew, support personnel and pilots that Leuchars is providing to maintain the killing operation in Libya, members of Number 6 Force Protection Wing, based in Fife, are in Afghanistan, protecting Camp Bastion.

TheRAF is playing its part in the killings.

Royal Bank of Scotland held Libyan cash - Telegraph

A document obtained by pressure group Global Witness shows that about $110m of Libya's wealth was managed by Royal Bank of Scotland.

By the end of the first six months of 2010 the value of this holding had fallen to $74.4m.

4. The Libyan rebels, who themselves admit ties to Al-Qaeda, are reportedly butchering, beheading, and mutilating captured government troops .

5. A recent Guardian article, entitled "Libyan rebels accused of burning homes and looting," has the subtitle "Human Rights Watch says rebels ransacked medical facilities and torched houses of Gaddafi supporters."

6. The Wall Street Journal's "Libya City Torn by Tribal Feud" describes the underlying ethnic tensions.

7. Dr. Webster Tarpley has noted, in a report titled, "Al Qaeda: Pawns of CIA Insurrection from Libya to Yemen," the historical British support for "monarchist and racist Harabi and Obeidat tribes of the Benghazi-Darna-Tobruk corridor."

B. In a UN speech, Gaddafi suggested that Israel was behind the JFK assassination.

Gaddafi asked why Jack Ruby, 'an Israeli,' killed Lee Harvey Oswald.

Gaddafi suggested that Kennedy may have been killed because of his interest in 'investigating' an Israeli nuclear program.

"Why did this Israeli kill the killer of Jack Kennedy? The whole world should know that Kennedy wanted to investigate the nuclear reactor of the Israeli demon," Gaddafi said.

Gaddafi turned Libya from being the poorest country in Africa to being the richest country in Africa.

In 2009, Gaddafi told African leaders that Israel is "behind all of Africa's conflicts".

Gaddafi demanded the closure of all Israeli embassies across Africa, describing Israel as a "gang" and saying it uses "the protection of minorities as an excuse to launch conflicts".

Saudi Arabia and Iran are nervous about the CIA coups in North Africa.

According to Anissa Haddadi:

1. Obama asked Saudi Arabia to arm the rebels in Libya.

Apparently, Saudi Arabia has not armed the rebels.

2. Saudi Arabia prevented the rebel leaders from reaching Qatar, where they had meetings planned.

3. Iran is sympathetic to the "Islamic awakening" in Libya but opposes the Nato military strikes.

4. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said: "The 'double standard' action of the Western countries in Bahrain and Libya and their silence towards the atrocities of the Zionist regime against the innocent Palestinians shows their contradictory performance in the world."

The supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has said: "Iran ... condemns the (NATO) military action in Libya."

During the night of 19 to 20 June 2011, NATO missiles struck.

The spy had placed markers in the children’s bedrooms.

People are used to being consulted and assuming responsibilities. Hence, it is easy to mobilize them en masse.

4. A portion of Libyan assets has been grabbed by western governments.

"Perhaps this is the success that NATO is talking about: colonial pillaging."

5. With the exception of Cyrenaica, the Libyans did not rise up against the "regime."

The only exit allowing NATO not to loose too much face is the division of the country.

Benghazi would thus become the equivalent of Camp Bondsteel, the largest US military base in Europe, which acceded to the status of an independent state by the name of Kosovo.

Cyrenaica would serve as the base that Africom lacked for the control of the black continent.

BOMBING OF CIVILIANS IN LIBYA DELIBERATE?

NATO's bombing of civilians in Libya looks as if it is deliberate.

On 19 June 2011, a Libyan government spokesman condemned NATO air raids on a civilian neighborhood.

He said that NATO was "deliberately targeting civilians."

The residential area had no military facilities or weapons installed nearby.

9 civilians were killed in the US-NATO raid.

A Xinhua reporter saw dozens of homes damaged or destroyed.

A BBC reporter saw bodies pulled from the wreckage.

NATO warplanes circled overhead for more than one hour after the raids, causing panic to local residents.

NATO has admitted that they caused civilian casualties.

Dresden in Germany

In the UK, during World war II, Dr. Kurt Lewin was the director of the Strategic Bombing Survey.

This was a plan for the Royal Air Force to concentrate on bombing German civilians, not munition plants.

"The munition plants belonged to the international bankers who had no wish to see their assets destroyed."

The idea behind saturation bombing of civilian worker housing was to break the morale of the civilians.

Lewin and his team of actuaries worked out that if 65% of German worker housing was destroyed by nightly RAF bombing, the morale of the civilian population would collapse.

"The actual document was prepared by the Prudential Assurance Company."

The RAF, under the command of 'Bomber Harris', carried out Lewin's plans, culminating in the terror firestorm bombing of Dresden, in which over 125,000, mainly old men, women and children, were killed.

THE SYRIA CONSPIRACY

The revolutions are run by the CIA, Mossad and NATO, with help from the Saudis and others.

1. It was John Bolton who, in 2002, introduced the plan to break up both Syria and Libya simultaneously.

2. The original plan was to bring about military coups in Syria and Libya.

This failed , due to the lack of willing military officers.

(The generals in Tunisia and Egypt were part of the CIA coups which toppled Ben Ali and Mubarak)

3. In Syria, the American idea was to stir up unrest, near Jordan and the Golan Heights, and set up an Islamic emirate.

Syria would then be broken up.

4. An incident was contrived involving students who engaged in provocations.

(In Tunisia and Egypt we saw the same 'false flag' incidents organised by CIA-Mossad-NATO forces)

When demonstrations began, snipers on roofs shot at random into the crowd and against the police forces.

Similar tricks were used in Benghazi, in Libya, to fuel the revolt.

Other clashes were planned, near Syria's borders with Lebanon and Turkey.

5. The clashes were led by foreign mercenaries belonging to Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan's network.

The clashes were organised in Jordan by the CIA, Mossad and Bandar.

Syria has developed a multiparty system.

9. In order to destroy Syria, the USA aims to freeze Syria's assets and block its sales of oil.

An asset freeze requires a resolution by the UN Security Council.

If China opposed a freeze, it would lose access to vital Saudi oil.

Russia could oppose a freeze.

However, the USA has attempted to bully Russia by placing its guided-missile cruiser, the USS Monterrey, in the Black Sea.

10. There is a propaganda war against Syria.

This has included the blog "Gay Girl in Damascus".

This turned out to be written by an American propagandist.

In fact Syria is secular and homosexuality is not curbed.

It is the opponents of the Syrian president who are extremist Islamist homophobes.

And, it was the anti-Gaddafi forces in Libya who hunted down and lynched black Africans.

Syrian TV showed armed groups on rooftops firing at random into the crowd and at the police.

When these images were shown on Western TV, it was dishonestly claimed that those doing the firing were the forces of the Syrian government, rather than the forces of the CIA-Mossad.

NATO BOMBS CIVILIANS IN LIBYA

The Australian academic Germaine Greer has interesting views on sex.

On 10 June 2011, on the BBC TV programme 'Question Time', the Australian academic Germaine Greer claimed that British troops might carry out rapes in Libya.

Germaine Greer said she did not believe the claims that Colonel Gaddafi had given his soldiers Viagra and ordered mass rapes.

According to Germaine Greer:

"Rape is always present where you have slaughter and you don’t have to have a government fiat (decision) to do it...

"If we send in ground troops ... how will we be sure they won’t do a bit of raping in their turn?

"...All soldiers in certain circumstances will rape regardless of whether they are ours or theirs or whoevers."

During the TV programme, Germaine Greer answered a question about the sexualisation of children.

She said: "There’s always been this sinister culture...

"The Barbie doll herself is a fetish, she’s descended from a sex toy....

In 1995, Germaine Greer said that, aged 19, she had been raped.


Professor Germaine Greer has some interesting ideas about art.

Greer's last academic appointment was Professor of English Literature and Comparative Studies at the University of Warwick.

In 2003,Germaine Greer's The Beautiful Boy was published, an art history book about the beauty of teenage boys, which is illustrated with 200 photographs of what The Guardian called "succulent teenage male beauty."

Greer looks at how boys in fifth-century Athens 'allowed themselves to revel in their own peacock beauty.'

Greer compares this with the lack of grace and feeling in some modern boys.

Greers aim is stated on the back cover: 'to reclaim for women the right to appreciate the short-lived beauty of boys'.

International bankers wasted billions of dollars invested by Libya.

The Financial Times says banks like Goldman Sachs were dealing with Libya's investments at a time when they needed to plug holes in their own balance sheets during the economic crisis.

Most of the money has been lost, but with what's going on in Libya any repayment seems unlikely.

Italians taking Libyans to an Italian concentration camp.

In early 2008, Société Générale lost €5bn due to 'rogue' trades by Jerome Kerviel.

Société Générale then arranged a transaction for Libya.

This transaction has lost 72% of its value.

But the transaction made money for Société Générale, helping to plug a hole in its balance sheet.

"The case is just one example of how leading global financial groups did big business with Col Muammer Gaddafi’s Libya in deals that rarely benefited the North African state’s lumbering $65bn sovereign wealth fund, but generated lucrative fees for the banks."

Did top bankers know when 9 11 was going to happen?

Certain bankers seem to know in advance when terrorist attacks are going to take place, and so they can successfully bet on certain shares falling in price?

'Rogue trader' Jerome Kerviel worked for the French bank Societe Generale.

According to Kerviel, "The best trading day in the history of Société Générale was September 11, 2001.

"At least, that’s what one of my managers told me.

"It seems that profits were colossal that day.

"I had a similar experience during the London attacks in July 2005."

On 7 July 2005, 52 people were killed by a series of bus and tube train attacks in London.

A few days before 7 July 2005, Kerviel bet on a fall in the share price of Allianz, the German insurance giant.

"Thanks to the positions I had, I earned €500,000 in a few minutes. It was the jackpot. I was jubilant," says Kerviel.

So, Kerviel made 500,000 euros as a result of London's 7/7 attacks.

Kerviel eventually lost £4 billion while working as a trader with Societe Generale, and now he is on trial.

Kerviel, 32, claims that his colleagues and bosses had been aware of his actions.

"Tripoli sustained 22 to 25 bombings last night, rattling and breaking windows and glass and shaking the foundation of my hotel.

"I left my room at the Rexis Al Nasr Hotel and walked outside the hotel and I could smell the exploded bombs.

"There were local people everywhere milling with foreign journalists from around the world.

"As we stood there more bombs struck around the city.

"The sky flashed red with explosions and more rockets from NATO jets cut through low cloud before exploding.

"I could taste the thick dust stirred up by the exploded bombs.

"I immediately thought about the depleted uranium munitions reportedly being used here--along with white phosphorus.

"If depleted uranium weapons were being used what affect on the local civilians?

"Women carrying young children ran out of the hotel. Others ran to wash the dust from their eyes.

"With sirens blaring, emergency vehicles made their way to the scene of the attack. Car alarms, set off by the repeated blasts, could be heard underneath the defiant chants of the people.

"Sporadic gunfire broke out and it seemed everywhere around me. Euronews showed video of nurses and doctors chanting even at the hospitals as they treated those injured from NATO's latest installation of shock and awe.

"Suddenly, the streets around my hotel became full of chanting people, car horns blowing, I could not tell how many were walking, how many were driving. Inside the hotel, one Libyan woman carrying a baby came to me and asked me why are they doing this to us?

"Whatever the military objectives of the attack (and I and many others question the military value of these attacks) the fact remains the air attack was launched a major city packed with hundreds of thousands of civilians.

"I did wonder too if the any of the politicians who had authorized this air attack had themselves ever been on the receiving end of laser guided depleted uranium munitions. Had they ever seen the awful damage that these weapons do a city and its population? Perhaps if they actually been in the city of air attack and felt the concussion from these bombs and saw the mayhem caused they just might not be so inclined to authorize an attack on a civilian population."

700 CIVILIANS KILLED BY NATO IN LIBYA

The Libyan government says Nato air raids have killed more than 700 civilians since bombing began in March 2011.

Spokesman Moussa Ibrahim said more than 4,000 people had been wounded.

He said the figures did not include military casualties.

GOLD, OIL AND WATER

According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Libya's central bank has nearly 144 tonnes of gold in its vaults.

And, Libya has oil and water.

1. AFRICOM documents reveal the US aim in Libya: the control of resources such as oil, and the eviction of China from North Africa.

The US formed AFRICOM in 2007; 49 countries signed on; Libya refused to join.

2. China has 50 large projects in Libya.

However, China’s investments in North Africa are now having to be reduced.

3. Libya’s Great Man Made River could make Libya the 'bread basket' of Africa. Agriculture in Libya is in competition with Israel.

4. One AFRICOM study suggests that China will eventually send troops to Africa to defend its interests there:

“Now China has achieved a stage of economic development which requires endless supplies of African raw materials and has started to develop the capacity to exercise influence in most corners of the globe. The extrapolation of history predicts that distrust and uncertainty will inevitably lead the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to Africa in staggering numbers…”
