Exciting news for Versailles fans or drum fanatics, TAMA Drums has added Versailles’ drummer, Yuki, to their long list of featured artists. The drum manufacturers have also made him a profile as well as covered all the details on his latest drumset design!

Yuki’s new drumset was first introduced at the band’s live earlier this month on March 5th at Nagoya Bottom Line. The new design definitely stays true to Versailles’ theme and has even kept Yuki’s entertwined masses of roses all around it’s frame.

KAMIJO posted in his blog and revealed the identity of the mysterious Mr. M-- his name is Masashi. His band was not revealed.

edoh : My guess is that "Masashi" is another stage name over a stage name so theres no point in trying to search for his other bands... I know that always happens in jrock, and I'm certainly not sure why the hell they do that. Maybe to cover their old history? I think he likes cats... =_=

Versailles : Europe tour 2010

Visual kei band Versailles have announced a world tour for June and July this year.

So far, the band has booked five dates in Southern America for Sao Paulo, Santiago, Buenos Aires, Lima and Mexico City, starting from June 4th. The venues, however, are still to be announced. Versailles have also announced that they will be touring Europe from late June to mid-July, though these dates are yet to be confirmed.

More information will be announced soon.

Versailles have announced that they will be accepting applications for their world fan club from January 20th. The club will officially open on March 1st.

There are four ways of paying for membership, although two of them won't be available until February in Japan. There are two different types of membership, one being 'normal', which costs ¥6000, and the other being online membership, which costs ¥4000.

The club features the usual perks, such as having a member-specific site, priority for tickets and official merchandise, special member-only merchandise, newsletters and two cards per year. Versailles have stated that there is also more to come.

There are benefits to joining early (between January 20th and February 28th), such as a limited photo set consisting of four live photos. You can join the fanclub and find more information here.

Versailles Promotion Truck

Starting on January 16, there will be Versailles truck running through Shibuya, Harajuku and Omotesando to promote the release of JUBILEE. The truck is going to run every day from 13.00 to 22:00 until January 24.
There will also be a special route on January 22 from 20:30 to 22:00 in Shinjuku. You can read the full route and more details on TERU's blog.

Versailles Truck Best Shot Campaign!

Fans are asked to take a picture of the truck and
send it to Versailles by January 25 at 0:00.

The four winners will receive a full-size face panel of the truck signed by the requested member.

The picture must be sent to truck@delacroix-tokyo.comtogether with your name, the name of the wished member for the autograph and your phone number.
