In February 2011, India and Pakistan announced that they would resume formal peace talks, in July 2011.

There is a belief that the CIA, aided by its agents in the Indian government, wants war between India and Pakistan.

In July 2011, bomb lasts hit Mumbai, killing around 20 people.

In July 2006, blasts ripped through seven trains in Mumbai leaving 189 people dead and over 1000 injured.

The American called Ken Haywood fled India after his links to the Indian Mujahideen were discovered. (MUMBAI AND DAWOOD).

Haywood's computer was reportedly used by Indian Mujahideen operatives.

The IB (Intelligence Bureau) is an Indian government spy agency, said to have been infiltrated by the CIA and Mossad.

Reportedly, the CIA wants to break up India.

In February of 2000, Indian intelligence officials detained 11 members of what they thought was an Al Qaeda hijacking conspiracy.

December 2, 2002: Two persons were killed and 31 injured when a powerful bomb exploded in a municipal bus outside Ghatkopar suburban railway station in north-central Mumbai.

December 6, 2002: Twenty-five people were injured when a bomb exploded in a food plaza at Bombay Central railway station. The bomb was planted in an air-conditioning duct.

January 27, 2003: Thirty people were injured when a crude bomb planted in a bicycle exploded at a shopping complex outside Vile Parle railway station in north-west Mumbai.

March 13, 2003: Eleven people were killed and 65 injured when a powerful bomb exploded in a ladies special train when it was entering Mulund railway station in the peak hours.

August 25, 2003: Twin blasts at the Gateway of India and Zaveri Bazaar killed 46 people and injured over 160. RDX was planted in taxis parked at both these places.

July 11, 2006: Seven blasts at 7 locations in local trains across Mumbai which left 181 dead.

Nov 26, 2008: 166 people killed in coordinated serial explosions and indiscriminate firing across Mumbai including the crowded CST railway station and two five-star hotels - Oberoi and Taj.

David Headley confessed to planning the Mumbai terror attacks of 2008.

And it was revealed in the US media that Headley was an agent of the American DEA which works very closely with the CIA.

Perhaps not surprisingly, the police, in presenting their evidence, are silent on the role of their American agent 'friend' David Headley.

Ansari and Sabauddin were accused of preparing maps for the Mumbai attack.

The two were found not guilty by Judge M L Tahaliyani, who said that better maps were available on the Internet.

One of the maps was allegedly found in the pocket of deceased 'terrorist' Abu Ismail and the hand writing on it is 'proved' to be that of Ansari, according to the Mumbai police.

The CIA and the Mumbai police did not do a very good job on this?

The Washington Post and ProPublica reported at least five separate instances in which relatives or associates of David Headley warned the US authorities that David Headley was training or working with Pakistani militants.



Well before the Mumbai Attacks, one of Headley's ex-wives told U.S. officials that she thought Headley was linked to the 2007 bombing of the Samjauta express train in India that killed dozens of people and has been blamed on the Lashkar-e-Taiba militant group (which has links to the CIA). According to this article:



Officials from the USA and India think that Pakistan's spy service ISI "recruited and trained Headley in spying techniques and gave him money and instructions to scout targets in Mumbai and elsewhere".



At the same time, Pakistan's spy service ISI was working closely with the CIA and U.S. military.



Headley has admitted to working for America's Drug Enforcement Administration.
