Shale.Rupert Murdoch executive Rebekah Brooks, UK prime minister David Cameron and Cameron pal Christopher Shale have all been described as members of the 'Chipping Norton set'.
Just before the Murdoch phone hacking scandal came to a head, Shale died in mysterious circumstances.
