Vocalist Shaura (formerly known as Juka of Moi dix Mois) has started a new band now that his band XOVER has ceased activities.
Guitarist Erina, who left Dio earlier this year, is also part of the line-up, as well as guitarist RayX, guitarist and pianist KAZ, bassist Masato and drummer Mikage, who used to be a support member for Shaura/Juka's solo concerts.
The band is named S-S, though it appears at the moment that this might change in the future. The band plans to have their first release out by spring next year.
