How to make an affiliates code box on blogger

Loads of people, including me had no clue how to make the affiliates box everyone else seems to have. Heres a tutourial. o_o [my first ever tutourial so sorry if its hard to follow.]

For something like this, you'll need the code for the image which is linked to your own blog.

Basically, its a simple textarea code, and you insert your linked image's code.

• If you dont know how to do that. Go to [New post] > "add image" (your gif)> "link" to your site>[edit html] and you should be able to see the code.
• "add a gadget" on layout and select "HTML/JavaScript"
  
• copy the image/link code and paste between the textarea code like this and save:

This will only create the text box, you will have to add the image above yourself. So the code will look something like this:

Unfortunately I can only show the code as a screen shot.
[this is because browsers cannot close textarea within textarea... but you dont need to know that :p click here if you want to know more]
Its relatively easy to type out by hand, just make sure you type it out perfect.
