Pop/rock and experimental group school food punishment are releasing their fifth single, future nova/after laughter, on March 10th.

futuristic imagination, the band's major debut single, was previously used as one of the theme songs of the anime. Later, with their fourth single light prayer, they provided the theme song of the first movie based on the anime series, "Higashi no Eden Gekijouban I The King of Eden".

school food punishment are set to continue their work with the anime series "Higashi no Eden" with this single, as both future nova and after laughter have been chosen as tie-in songs for the upcoming movie "Higashi no Eden Gekijouban II Paradise Lost". future nova will be used as the opening theme, while after laughter will be used for the ending.
