Shattered-Tranquility:We announced back here that α:Vout’s vocalist じょい(Joy) was on break because of his physical condition, however today the band made an announcement concerning the real reason for his absense. From the beginning, Joy’s mental health quickly deteriorated, and he began to harm himself. The members had a talk with him as to whether or not he should continue with the band, and as a result of that they decided he would. However, at the next day’s live, Joy didn’t show up, nor could the members contact him. From that time on, they haven’t been able to reach him, and have decided to move forward without him.
For now, guitarist 奏(Sou) will be taking over lead vocals, and it is his voice which will be on their upcoming mini-album, TRiCK THEATER. The four remaning members apologize for telling a lie initially, but they wanted to come forward with a truthful announcement in the end. They are all four on the same track now, and vow to do their best as the new α:Vout.
For now, they have updated their myspace page with samples from the latest release, Miss Wanderer, as well as added album art for TRiCK THEATER to their official home page.
Okay, so they've only started activities since March this year, released 2 maxi-singles, lost their vocalist and are still releasing a mini-album this month. Good for them m'thinks :33
