Source: OHP Although the title is not yet finalised, And& -Eccentric Agent- (or simply AND) have confirmed that they'll be releasing a first full album! In two types it'll be released 2009.11.11. Limited Edition including CD and DVD, where as Regular Edition will only include CD.
