Source JaMEVisual kei rock band hime ichigo have announced that, following their upcoming one-man concert at Daikanyama UNIT in Tokyo on December 8th, they will be disbanding.
hime ichigo was formed in 2004 as the younger brother band of fellow visual rock group Charlotte. Showing a similar sound in the first few years of their existence, the band has recently moved away to a more different sound and attitude.
The band states that the decision of the disbandment was discussed several times and that, due to musical differences between the members, this is the best thing they can do now. They also apologize for the sudden announcement and hope that the fans can support them until their last concert.
(That's like the 1000th disband this year!)
