Rock band Jully have announced the release of their sixth maxi-single, titled Akane, for November 4th.
Akane will be Jully's first single since Matsu hito/Chitta aza, which came out back in March 2008. During the time in between, the band focused on touring extensively all around Japan, leading to the release of two mini-albums, [Utsutsu] to [makoto] no mi and Identity.
This new single, besides the title song, which is described as a love tune, will also come with a b-side called Yoake. To promote the release, the band will embark on a new nationwide tour titled Eccentric Nostalgie Tour, which will finish with three special two-man concerts with fellow rock group Pepin in the end of December. A split CD between both bands, named Eccentric Nostalgie, will also be sold at every stop of the tour.
