Banner for the new look

Its almost Christmas. [no it isn't] and its time for a new banner, but this time it seems people are interested in choosing which band as well as look for the blog =O

Bright and colourful has just won Jasmine by only 14 votes, so I guess its time to move on the the unicorns and candy filled future!
